As a Go Software Engineer, you’ll develop scalable, high-quality software products while supporting teammates and driving best practices. You’ll work with cloud technologies, data systems, and distributed architectures to deliver robust solutions. Collaboration, documentation, and troubleshooting are central to this role, ensuring the delivery of reliable and innovative products to clients worldwide.

💼 WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Take ownership of deliverables and outcomes
Build and deliver high-quality software products aligned with business goals
Mentor and support teammates in growing their technical skills
Collaborate with stakeholders to refine methodologies, standards, and tools
Troubleshoot production and customer issues with strong triage skills
Produce clear, well-structured documentation as part of your workflow

💻 TECH STACK:

Go (Golang)
gRPC
MongoDB
AWS (Azure or GCP also relevant)
Apache Kafka (preferred)
Containerized environments

🔎 WHO YOU ARE:

2+ years of commercial Go development experience
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and quality
Experienced with gRPC, MongoDB, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms
Proficient in written and spoken English (B1 level or higher)
Bonus: Familiar with DDD, Event Sourcing, and CQRS patterns
Bonus: Hands-on with OpenAPI or GraphQL
Bonus: 2+ years working with containerized environments and Apache Kafka
