2015
The Big Bang
Founders Rob and Cem met at a leading, global talent firm and connected over their shared passion for finding the best software engineering talent.
2018
A Visionary Move
Recognising the rapid increase in popularity of Go, Rob saw an unmissable opportunity and set up ‘The Golang Guy’, becoming a trailblazer in the Go talent space.
December 2021
A Global Talent Solution
A surge in new markets and technologies exposed a critical need for talent partners to source niche software engineers globally for high growth tech companies. Recognising this, Rob connected with Cem to develop ‘The Golang Guy’ into a leading software engineering recruitment firm.
March 2022
The Launch of Realm
Realm was launched. Rob and Cem’s focus on exceptional service, led to impactful results, propelling them above their competitors.
June 2022
A New Chapter in the City
The team set up our first office in the City of London. With new space came new talent, as Rob and Cem made their first strategic hires, two ambitious individuals who are still instrumental in our success today.
July 2023
A Global Footprint
Our first international hire was made as we made our mark in the US. Our VP of North America joined the team and started establishing us as the market leaders within the space.
2024
New HQ, New Heights
We moved into our new HQ in the heart of Bank in the City of London. 2023 was a record breaking year for us, enabling us to move to our biggest office yet with the team continually growing.
