Join a profitable UK startup in the SEO testing and optimization space as a Senior Go Engineer. This full-time role offers the chance to scale a high-traffic A/B testing platform, collaborate on new features, and mentor junior developers. You’ll play a pivotal role in guiding product evolution within a fast-growing, profitable company.

💡 ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Senior Go Engineer, you’ll help build and optimize systems that process millions of requests daily. You’ll work closely with developers and product teams to design new features, refine proxy layers, and address technical issues. In addition, you’ll mentor junior engineers, contribute ideas to product direction, and ensure high-quality code standards.
💼 WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Design and implement new product features from concept to deployment
- Optimize the proxy layer for high-performance distributed systems
- Resolve issues raised by users or the technical team
- Review code, ensuring quality and guiding junior engineers
- Collaborate with product teams to shape feature roadmaps and improvements

🔎 WHO YOU ARE:
- 3+ years of commercial Go development experience
- Strong experience with AWS and distributed systems
- Skilled in navigating and optimizing large databases
- Proactive, autonomous, and able to take initiative
- Previous management or leadership experience preferred
