💡 ABOUT THE ROLE:
You will design and implement backend services that power cutting-edge crypto exchange products, working on high-frequency, low-latency real-time systems. This role combines backend development, system reliability, and cloud-native scaling in a rapidly evolving blockchain-driven environment.
💼 WHAT YOU’LL DO AS A SENIOR GO DEVELOPER:
- Build services and backend systems in Go, Python, or Bash
- Design scalable, resilient, and highly available cloud-native systems
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers to shape roadmaps
- Write high-quality, well-tested code for production services
- Build and maintain reliable CI/CD pipelines and tools
- Contribute to long-term backend system architecture and vision
💻 TECH STACK:
- Go (Golang), Python, Bash, Ruby, Java
- Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, GCP, Bazel
- Microservices and service-oriented architectures
- CI/CD systems with GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket integrations
- Blockchain technologies (Bitcoin, Ethereum, etc.)
- Linux systems and performance tuning
🔎 WHO YOU ARE:
- 5+ years of software engineering or cloud/systems engineering experience
- Proven expertise in building and scaling production-grade services
- Strong background in microservices, distributed systems, and APIs
- Experienced in writing high-quality, well-tested code
- Fluent with Linux systems and cloud-native environments
- Passionate about blockchain and building an open financial system
- Bonus: experience in rapid-growth companies, decomposing monoliths, or supporting global teams
