As a Mid-Senior Go Engineer, you will work in a deeply technical, creative environment solving hard engineering challenges while shaping the future of a post-Series A company.

💡 ABOUT THE ROLE:
You will collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to build scalable cloud applications that tackle complex problems. This is a hands-on engineering role with responsibility for writing clean, tested code and driving technical standards, while also contributing to open source and community initiatives.
💼 WHAT YOU’LL DO AS A MID-SENIOR GO ENGINEER:
- Build solutions by working with cross-functional teams and customers
- Write high-quality, tested, well-documented code
- Influence technical standards, decisions, and long-term strategy
- Continuously learn and improve your technical skills
- Help remove blockers and streamline engineering workflows
- Contribute to open source, blog posts, or conference talks

🔎 WHO YOU ARE:
- Experienced with at least one of Go, Kotlin, Python, or Rust
- Skilled in building and operating cloud-based applications
- Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals and design principles
- Knowledgeable in full product development lifecycles
- Passionate about science, technology, engineering, or mathematics
💰 COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
- £90,000–£130,000 salary + EMI share options
