You will lead and grow cross-functional engineering teams, building the next-generation blockchain platform for digital assets. This role requires technical leadership, people management, and cross-department collaboration to drive strategy, execution, and innovation across the organization.

💼 WHAT YOU’LL DO AS DIRECTOR OF ENGINEERING:

Attract and retain top-tier blockchain engineering talent
Lead and scale high-performing cross-functional engineering teams
Collaborate with platform, product, compliance, legal, and finance teams
Balance competing priorities with effective decision-making
Coach and mentor engineers and tech leads to support career growth
Advocate for engineering priorities and represent your team to leadership

💻 TECH STACK:

Blockchain and cryptocurrency platforms
Golang and Python (preferred)
Cloud-native financial and payment infrastructures

🔎 WHO YOU ARE:

Experienced engineering leader with a track record of managing blockchain experts
Strong communicator, able to work across multiple functions and audiences
Deeply technical with strong architectural insight and ability to dive into details
Proven background as a senior engineer before moving into management
Passionate about building a strong, collaborative engineering culture
Bonus: experience in crypto fundamentals, financial services platforms, or regulated fintechs
