SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER | €90,000–€125,000 + STOCK OPTIONS | REMOTE (UK & EUROPE)

This is a chance to join a Series A–funded startup building the world’s leading Operational and Blockchain Network Intelligence platform. As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll design and scale high-performance distributed systems, working on real-time analysis of blockchain transactions while contributing to the early growth of a fast-moving, globally distributed engineering team.

💡 ABOUT THE ROLE:

You will design and implement crawlers, software agents, and backend services that power a high-performance intelligence platform for blockchain networks. This hands-on engineering role requires strong experience in distributed systems, cloud-native architectures, and event-driven microservices. You’ll work closely with a geographically distributed team under agile methodologies while owning and delivering production-grade code.

💼 WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Design and implement crawlers, agents, and backend services for blockchain network data
• Build distributed, asynchronous, cloud-native microservices and serverless systems
• Write testable, containerized, instrumented, and documented code
• Work under Scrum or Kanban, releasing product increments continuously
• Take ownership of your work, from testing to deployment and monitoring

💻 TECH STACK:

• Go (Golang) and Python
• Cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, Azure, DigitalOcean
• Docker, Kubernetes, and serverless environments
• Non-relational databases: key-value, document, time series
• Event brokers: Kafka, RabbitMQ, Pulsar, SQS/SNS
• CI/CD pipelines and TDD practices

🔎 WHO YOU ARE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (Master’s preferred)
• Experienced in building production-grade distributed systems
• Strong knowledge of Golang and/or Python
• Skilled in microservices, asynchronous systems, and cloud-native environments
• Comfortable with agile methodologies, TDD, and version control
• Autonomous problem-solver with excellent communication skills
• Bonus: experience with blockchain infrastructure or analytics

💰 COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

• €90,000–€125,000 salary
