Join an early-stage security startup as a Senior or Principal Backend Software Engineer. In this full-time remote role, you’ll help design and build secure, scalable infrastructure at the heart of encrypted identity systems. This is a rare opportunity to contribute to authentication, authorization, and data protection technologies from the ground up.

💡 ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Backend Software Engineer, you’ll work on distributed systems powering authentication, data vault, and user management services. You’ll integrate advanced cryptographic libraries, design monitoring and performance tools, and ensure high reliability in mission-critical systems. The role level (Senior or Principal) will be determined based on your experience and interview performance.
💼 WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Design, build, and maintain new backend products, services, and features
- Work on authentication, data vault, and user management services
- Integrate and adapt cryptographic libraries and primitives
- Build monitoring and analysis tools for performance and security
- Write technical documentation, blogs, and guides
- Ensure 24/7 flawless operation of platform services
