Meet the founders

Cem Baris

In a past life, Cem used to DJ – spinning alongside legends in the house and garage scene. He’s since ditched the decks to channel all his energy into delivering stellar workforce solutions. Having placed more than 500 hires for venture-backed startups and multinational corporations across the globe, it’s clear he’s just as talented at growing teams as he is at filling dancefloors. He spends his days chasing gophers and his evenings entertaining his two kids.

Robert Craigs

The original Golang Guy, Robert’s been a tech recruiter for over a decade, and a Golang specialist since 2018. In that time, he’s placed roles across multiple industries – from blockchain to fintech, media, and everything in between. His reputation well and truly precedes him in the Golang arena – but don’t think it’s gone to his head. When he’s not scouring the market for gophers, he’s a slave to his beagle, Benny.
